Most of us don’t need advice
We need space
To slow our thinking
To hear what we already know
To remember ourselves beneath the noise

I offer listening as a practice
Listening that allows room for clarity to emerge

How it works:
Listening
I gather stories through one‑on‑one conversations, written reflections, or quiet observation. I listen for what’s said, what’s repeated, and what’s avoided.
Translation
I reflect back what I hear and observe.
Guidance
I allow you the space to make small, but meaningful, shifts toward creating the life you want.

This is for you if:
* You feel stuck but don’t want to be “fixed”
* You’re navigating change
* You want clarity without being rushed toward solutions
* You simply want to be heard
There is no agenda beyond what matters to you.
If that sounds like what you’re seeking, you’re welcome to step into a conversation.

You don’t need to arrive prepared.
You don’t need the right language.
You don’t need to know what you’re looking for yet.

About Me
I believe in honesty, warmth, depth and the quiet power of being fully present with another human.
I’ve spent years in structured, high-expectation environments and years in reflective, creative ones. I know what it’s like to carry responsibility, to second-guess yourself, to appear capable while feeling uncertain inside.
I’ve spent years noticing what happens next.
What I offer now are not traditional coaching sessions. I offer conversations designed to give your thoughts room to breathe.
Listening changed everything for me.
Not the polite, nodding kind. The kind that slows down, stays curious, and doesn’t rush to fix or defend. The kind that makes room for complexity and contradiction. The kind that says, I hear you, even when the message is uncomfortable.
That’s why this work matters to me.

Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.

Somewhere between good and bad is where life actually happens
I’m graduating from college and I’m happy, but I’m also sad. I got offered a job in the specialty I wanted in the city where my family is. But now I have to leave my friends to go start my life. What if I’m making the wrong choice? What should I do? First of all,

What I ended up believing about God: From driftwood to shimmering threads
Mom, are you religious? I wish I was religious. I think it would make life so much easier. What are your thoughts? There is no simple answer to this question, so let’s start at the beginning. I was not only religious growing up, but I clung to it like a person might cling to a
